Standalone design and RFP services
We can program systems with the homeowner and design team, create plans and specifications, establish allowances and alternates, prepare or analyze an RFP, and compare proposals. This gives the architect and owner a documented scope before choosing the installing dealer.
Independent review is also useful when a builder allowance or another proposal is too vague to evaluate. We identify missing infrastructure, mismatched expectations, support risks, and gaps before they become field assumptions.
Integrated design-build and support
Kelltech can combine design with installation, programming, commissioning, homeowner training, monitoring, and ongoing service. Design knowledge stays with the team responsible for delivery.

How early should Kelltech join a custom-home project?
Ideally, we join during programming or design development, before electrical plans, ceilings, windows, millwork, and equipment spaces are final. We can help later, but early participation creates more ways to conceal devices and coordinate infrastructure cleanly.
Can you work directly with our architect and interior designer?
Yes—this is one of Kelltech’s specialties. We work through the design team’s meeting, drawing, finish, and approval process so technology decisions support the architecture rather than interrupt it.
Can the design be bid to other integrators?
Yes. Kelltech can provide a standalone design and RFP package with defined performance, infrastructure, and scope requirements. We can then help compare proposals and identify exclusions or substitutions that would otherwise be hard to see.
What if the homeowner does not know what technology they want?
That is normal, and product selection does not need to come first. We begin with how the family lives, the rooms they use, and the simplicity they expect, then translate those answers into practical options and budgets.
